I am an experienced professional HR Generalist BSc (Hons) MCIPD, with a broad industry background in a number of sectors, largely within Manufacturing, Technology and Science. I have a track record in developing, facilitating and implementing people related initiatives and managing and resolving a spectrum of employment challenges and issues.
A natural communicator, comfortable in developing relationships across all levels within an organisation including coaching at senior management levels and facilitating effective interpersonal communication. I am flexible and resourceful in new situations with a strong focus on strategic business partnering and problem solving.
